How to Order

Ordering from theherbcentrecanada.co takes a few minutes. Here is the whole process, from building a cart to tracking the parcel.

1. Build your cart

Browse the menu and add dried cannabis, microdose cbd, candies, chocolates or tea to your cart. The minimum order is $120.00, and orders over $200.00 ship free.

2. Check out

Enter your name, phone number and the Canadian address the parcel should go to. No ID upload is required. Choose regular shipping at $20.00 (2-5 business days) or overnight at $30.00 (next business day).

3. Pay by e-Transfer or Bitcoin

Select Interac e-Transfer or Bitcoin at checkout. Bitcoin orders get 15% off automatically. Payment details are emailed to you right after you place the order — if the email takes longer than expected, contact sales@theherbcentrecanada.co and we will send them directly.

4. We pack and ship

Orders that clear payment before the afternoon cut-off ship the same business day in unbranded, odour-proof packaging. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the label scans.

5. Track your parcel

Use the tracking number in your dispatch email. If tracking has not moved for two business days, email sales@theherbcentrecanada.co with your order number and we will chase it.
