1. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your province or territory (19+, 18+ in Alberta, 21+ in Quebec) to browse or purchase. Government-issued photo ID matching the order name may be required on delivery.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We may cancel and refund any order at our discretion, including suspected resale, fraud, or shipment to a jurisdiction we cannot serve.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. We accept Interac e-Transfer and Bitcoin. Bitcoin orders receive an automatic 15% discount applied at checkout. Orders are released for packing once payment clears.

4. Shipping

Free shipping applies to orders over $200.00. Regular shipping is $20.00 and overnight shipping is $30.00. Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

5. Possession limits

Canadian law limits public possession to 30 grams of dried cannabis or equivalent. You are responsible for staying within your legal limits.

6. Product information

Cannabinoid percentages are batch estimates. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which we operate.
